Announcing On Facebook Before Going To Gym Found To Increase Muscle Gains

A recent study by local university researchers has found that when headed to the gym for a workout, declaring your intentions on Facebook was found to help vastly increase muscle growth.
"I got to where I am due to the simple commitment of broadcasting to my Facebook which gym I'm going to, and what muscles I intend to work on," said Nicholas, who makes it a healthy habit to keep his Facebook friends up-to-date with his exercise routines too.
Lamenting on the times where he did not report his intentions to head down to the gym and "pump some iron", Nicholas felt overcame with feelings of lethargy and sluggishness which resulted in him not going down to the gym at all.
Nanyang Polytechnic student, Amanda said: "I always thought it was my generation of kids just being plain narcissistic telling everyone on Facebook about their workouts. Turns out I was dead wrong this entire time," commented Amanda in an apologetic tone, adding that she will never again judge guys who take topless pictures in front of the mirror in the gym toilet after a workout again.
At press time, sources reported that new breakthroughs in research was beginning to discover a link between muscle growth and posting pictures of the food we ate on Instagram.
