A recently conducted nation-wide survey has found that Singaporeans are not merely satisfied, but consider themselves to be extremely fortunate for its world-class rail service.
The survey which allowed surveyees to rate different aspects of the train service turned out to score the highest in the “spaciousness” category. Even during peak hours, surveyees agreed that train carriages were always spacious and many seats were left empty.
When asked about how train services could be improved, surveyees appeared to be stumped and taken aback by the question.
“Improvements? How to improve perfection?” 23 year old University student Gabriel Teo exclaimed with a frown.
Few surveyees even suspected the “survey” was under the guise of popular hidden camera reality television show “Just for Laughs: Gags”.
When surveyed, 53 year old American expatriate Paul Beckley retorted: “Is this a joke? An efficient train service that’s not only held a record for not breaking down and fares priced so ridiculously low, what more could Singaporeans possibly ask for?”
The survey which engaged Singaporeans citizens and non-citizens alike of all demographics has finally dispelled long standing rumours that local train services SMRT and SBS are complaint-rampant and that Singaporeans are in fact dissatisfied with local public transportation.
