Best Part Of Boss's Job Making Snide Facebook Posts To Employees Without Mentioning Names

Citing it as the key motivation that gets her out of bed daily to work, 37-year-old manager Mandy Wee at local events company Apex Events considers the best part of her job was to be able to make snide Facebook posts directed at her employees without specifically mentioning their names.
"Gone are the days where I'd approach a staff for an uncomfortable confrontation about problems at work," said Wee. "I'd just as easily get my message across through Facebook, and all behind from my computer screen too."
Sources reported that at approximately 12:47pm, Wee had made a Facebook post indirectly addressing junior product developer Thomas Ho without the specific use of his name, "I’m going to have a stroke. Campaign conceptualising still to be done... and a shorter work day is only possible if you take less time at lunch..." and then another post a half hour later, “Where are you? Get a clue, you idiot. How obvious do I have to make it?”
Amongst the various ways and means for Wee to communicate to her employees her thoughts such as approaching them at their desks, engaging a quick talk in an unused conference room or the use of email, the manager especially preferred the completely non-confrontational method of social media to reach her intended recipients.
"Why risk hurting the boss-employee relationship when I can anonymously bitch about it on Facebook?"
"When I reach an impasse with my co-workers over work, I've always found it convenient to go onto Facebook and make a scathing status update targeting the specific person," said the diplomatic 37-year-old, adding that there was a sort of comforting relief in being able to vent her dirty laundry out in the open without suffering any social repercussions.
At press time, Wee’s sanctuary was thrown into disarray when the junior product developer fucking stomped into her office holding onto a half-eaten sandwich.
